Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase. If something is not right, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, with original tags attached, and in resalable condition. Final sale, personalised, and intimate apparel items may not be returned unless faulty.

To start a return, contact us with your order number. We will provide return instructions and the applicable return address.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method where possible. Bank transfer orders may be refunded via bank transfer once the return is received and inspected.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
